Doubt can motivate you, so don’t be afraid of it. Confidence and doubt are at two ends of the scale, and you need both. They balance each other out.     Barbara Streisand

Doubt versus Confidence

Halfway through the mentorship program it was time to reflect on the past and the result. One reoccurring topic within practice and while talking with fellow artists was doubt. Doubting the work, the method, the quality, even our own ability and worthiness to be part of this program. A big BUT counterbalances those doubts. Looking at the outcome: progress is being made, work has evolved. And who measures us and tell us it is good or bad? Who is the judge? Only confidence in our selves can balance it out.

Therefore, I have committed the second half of this program to trust and confidence as these help to lift pressure and lighten up each minute spent in the studio.

Hum along and enjoying the process!!!!
