Artists’ call for Masterclass 2020

CALL for New Zealand artists with jewellery interests

INTRODUCING the first of a series of annual jewellery masterclasses open to the wider jewellery sector of New Zealand.

The first masterclass held in Auckland is with IRIS EICHENBERG from Cranbrook Academy of Art, USA. This workshop is ideal for emerging and advanced jewellery artists who like to refresh, regenerate and re-energise.

Iris is a most experienced tutor and is able to bring out creative sources that can be applied in each own artistic practice. This workshop promises to be an extraordinaire experience. Expect a lively debate and an intensive combination of concentrated information, doing, learning and feedback.

Iris will select the participants.

 

Entry is on portfolio 

Portfolio contains a few images of current work, a short artist statement of current practice, and a short CV (education and exhibition practice).

Applicants have to be a New Zealand citizen or NZ resident.

Selection is final and will not be discussed.

Results: November/December 2019: Final list confirmed and invitation to participants issued

Entree: NZ $300 p/p for 3 days
